ACEJ Karama TSS participated in the national commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, bringing together students, staff, and local leaders in a moment of remembrance and reflection.
The event was attended by leaders from the sector and district, alongside members of the wider community. Together, they honored the memory of the victims and reflected on the lessons learned from this tragic chapter in Rwanda’s history.
Speeches emphasized the importance of unity, resilience, and the responsibility of young people to reject division and promote peace. Students actively participated through presentations, discussions, and moments of silence.
The commemoration reinforced the school’s commitment to educating not only academically strong students but also responsible citizens who uphold the values of unity and humanity.
